Carriers must meet all of the following:
- Active FMCSA authority (MC# required)
- Valid U.S. DOT number
- Min. $1,000,000 auto liability insurance
- Min. $100,000 cargo insurance
- Satisfactory CSA safety rating
- Signed carrier agreement on file
